Ingredients For SOYA KATHI ROLLS Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First boil water and add soya chunks and keep for a minute so that it gets soft and then squeeze out the water from soya chunks.
  • 2. Heat a pan and add oil and add chopped onion and green chilly and saute till onion becomes light brown, next add all chopped veggies carrot, capsicum, tomato and saute till it becomes soft and tender.
  • 3. Next grind coarsely soya chunks
  • 4. Add the spices and saute with the veggies and at last add soya into it and mix well with the spices.
  • 5. Knead a soft dough and roll like chapati and roast it from both the side but do not use oil and just cook halfly.
  • 6. when all rotis are done take one by one and spread first mayonnaise all over, then place cooked soya filling, next add chopped cabbage, grated cheese
  • 7. And roll it and again place it on pan for roasting the rolls till you find it little crispy.
  • 8. serve hot, delicious and healthy soya kathi rolls with tomato sauce .
