Methods
  • 1. Boil water , add salt an little oil bring it to a boil
  • 2. Then add anil shavige bring it to a boil , drain the water out completely
  • 3. Then in a kadai add oil , fry groundnuts till light brown, then remove it
  • 4. Then in the same oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal , curry leaves, dry red chilli
  • 5. Once it starts to crackle add ginger garlic paste an fry nicely then add tomatoes grated
  • 6. Mix well till oil comes out, then add the red chilli pd, salt, tasty tales Mangalorean Ghee Roast
  • 7. Mix well till oil comes out. Then keep it too cool
  • 8. Then add the boiled anil shavige an chopped coriander leaves an mix well an serve
