Ingredients For Sprout stuffed Dahi ke Kebab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grate paneer.Mix it with hung curd thoroughly till smooth.
  • 2. Add bread crumbs and some salt.Kneed to a smooth dough.
  • 3. Cover and keep in refrigerator till you prepare the stuffing.
  • 4. For stuffing,mix rest of the ingredients except oil.
  • 5. Now take out the curd dough and pinch out 10-12 big lemon sized balls.
  • 6. Moisten your palms.Working with one ball at a time,flatten it in palm.
  • 7. Spoon some stuffing into it and close to resemble a ball again.
  • 8. Flatten it a bit between both the palms to resemble a kebab.
  • 9. This way shape all the kebabs.
  • 10. Heat a non stick pan or tawa.Brush oil on it.
  • 11. Put these kebabs on it and fry golden brown from both sides.
  • 12. Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
