When u make Muthiya add pinch of soda ,2_3 tbsp curd . Muthiya will be become soft.

Ingredients For Steam Bajra Muthiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl
  • 2. Add Bajra flour,besan.
  • 3. Now add grated bottle gourd, chilli and garlic paste, Ginger paste.
  • 4. Now add curd, fresh coriander.
  • 5. Add Red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,salt,1 tbsp oil,pinch of soda.
  • 6. Now mixed all ingredients.
  • 7. Add water as required.
  • 8. And make a dough.
  • 9. Now make a medium size ball and keep aside.
  • 10. Take a steamer add water.
  • 11. Now on plate apply oil and keep Muthiya ball and steam it 10_12 minutes.
  • 12. After that cool down 5 minutes.
  • 13. Then cut into pieces.
  • 14. Take a pan add oil heat it.
  • 15. Add Mustard seeds, cumin, hing, sesame seeds, whole red chilli.
  • 16. Add curry leaves, chopped green chillies.
  • 17. Add lemon juice, sugar, fresh coriander mixed it.
  • 18. Bring to boil 1 minutes
  • 19. Add steam Muthiya mixed it.
  • 20. Granish with fresh coriander,dry coconut powder.
  • 21. Served it
