Ingredients For STUFFED TORAI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and peel the skin of torai.
  • 2. Cut into three pieces and make slit in the side.
  • 3. Take a bowl add onion paste,ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder and salt and mix well.
  • 4. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 5. Stuff the filling in the each pieces of torai.
  • 6. Heat oil in a pan and place the stuffed torai in medium flame.
  • 7. Keep changing side and cook for ten minutes.
  • 8. Serve hot with chapatis.
