Ingredients For Suji Handvo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First mix Suji, salt, and yogurt well. Now cook all the veggies add them to the Suji mixture. Now mix all the ingredients with chilli powder and turmeric powder then add green Chutney and mix all the ingredients well.
  • 2. Take another vessel and add little 1/4 of the batter into that vessel and add 1/2 teaspoon eno. Now take a non stick pan or a wok add one teaspoon oil mustard seeds and curry leaves and let it crackle. Now add the batter with eno and shape it like a dosa/ cheela. Cook on both sides covering on slow flame till crisp. Serve hot with sweet chutney.
