Ingredients For TANGRA JHAL WITH CORIANDER LEAF RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash the tangra fish and apply salt and turmeric powder on it. Peel & squash garlic , Mix the coriander powder with the Radhuni.
  • 2. Pour the oil over the pan. When the oil is hot, release the Tangra Fish.
  • 3. When it is fried on one side, turn it over with a fork and fry it on the other side. Now leave the garlic in the pan.
  • 4. When it is almost fried, stir fry in fenugreek and black pepper. Season with coriander and turmeric powder.
  • 5. Sprinkle a little water. Spread the flour in the spices and stir well so that the flour does not form lumps.
  • 6. When the oil and spices are separated, stir in a cup of water and add the Salt. When the fire breaks out, release the fish on the pan.
  • 7. When the broth is dry spread the coriander leaves and remove the pan from the heat. Pour into containers.
