Ingredients For TAWA PANEER RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Marinate paneer cubes with fresh curd,red chilly powder and salt.Take a blender add butter ,cream ,green chilly ,red chilly powder ,turmeric powder ,cloves ,garlic cloves ,ginger and sugar and blend it to make paste.
  • 2. Heat clarified butter in tawa ,add carom seeds to crackle.Add onion and saute until dark brown.
  • 3. Add spices mixture,salt,garam masala powder and mix well now add tomato pieces and mix well.Add chopped capsicum and cook for few minutes.
  • 4. Now add marinated paneer cubes and cook for five minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
