Tiranga Bhakhri Paneer Tikka Pizza Recipe

here I have made regional gujarati bhakri based pizza which is topped with punjabi paneer tikka, fusion of regional with italian, as it's Republic day so made tricolor, for that I have used carrot- tomato puree for saffron colour used in bhakhri, while spinach puree as green colour. So tiranga bhakhri is topped with tiranga veggies and cheese. So we can say it's a totally healthy pizza.

Ingredients For Tiranga Bhakhri Paneer Tikka Pizza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a blender add 1 chopped carrot and 1 chopped tomato, blend to a form smooth paste, Take 1 cup of jowar flour, 1/2 tsp salt and this puree, knead a medium dough
  • 2. Boil water, add chopped spinach leaves for 3 minutes, drain and cool it, blend to make puree. Take1 cup flour,1/2tsp salt and this puree paste. Knead medium dough
  • 3. Now take remaining flour, 1/2tsp salt and knead a medium dough and cover it for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Mix all, take medium portion from dough, roll it like roti.Heat tava and roast bhakhri till both sides crisp.
  • 5. In a mixing bowl. add paneer and all ingredients listed, 1tsp salt meanwhile chop all veggies. Marinate for20 minutes.
  • 6. Heat pan with 1/2 tsp of oil, and roast paneer pieces till done. In same pan heat 1 1/2 tsp oil and slightly saute all chopped veggies separately. Keep aside.
  • 7. Now take bhakri, apply pizza sauce, arrange sauted veggies according to flag colour., Arrange paneer pieces, boiled corns.
  • 8. Sprinkle chilly flakes, oregano and spread cheese. Let it cook with covered lid till cheese melts. Bhakri pizza is ready to be served.
