Ingredients For TOOR DAL CHOOR PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Soak toor dal for 4 - 5 hours,drain and crush in the blender like dalia.
  • 2. Take a large bowl add wheat flour,crushed toor dal,green chilly,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves,salt.onion seeds,carom seeds ,salt and one tbsp oil and mix well.
  • 3. Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
  • 4. Keep aside for fifteen mins.
  • 5. Divide the dough into equal size balls,roll them with rolling pin.
  • 6. On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both sides.
  • 7. Serve hot.
