Ingredients For Veg Spring Rolls Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Lets start with the dough first. In a bowl take flour and dig a well in it. Add yoghurt, salt, sugar to it and give it a good mix. Now add 3tbsp oil and water as required and knead it into soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes and let it rest.
  • 2. Until our dough rests lets work on the filling. Heat a kadhai. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies to it. Add thincly slice onions and let em cook for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Now add bell peppers, capsicum, cabbage and carrot and let them cook for another 2 minutes. Now add boiled noodles, red and green chilli sauce, soy sauce, 3-4 tbsp aromat powder and salt as required. Mix them well and allow the filling to cool down.
  • 4. Now take a small ball from the dough and roll it until its transparent.(if you do not knead a soft dough it will be very difficult for you to roll it out). Add the filling in between.seal the top ends by folding them inside. Now roll it like a frankie slowly and seal the ends with water.
  • 5. Fry it on medium flame until golden brown. Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
