Ingredients For VERMICELLI PULAO RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a wok. Roast vermicelli till it gets pink in colour. Transfer it in a bowl.
  • 2. Wash and finely chop all the veggies. Heat oil in the same wok.
  • 3. Cook all the veggies on low flame. Add salt, kitchen king masala, black pepper. Powder.
  • 4. Add water and bring it to boil. Add vermicelli and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  • 5. Turn off the gas. Transfer in serving bowl. Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
