Ingredients For Wheat flour kachori. Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash urad daal and soak it for 3 hours .Knead the soft dough by adding water, ghee and salt into wheat flour. And keep it aside.
  • 2. Take a kadai . Put some oil.
  • 3. Add hing, cumin seeds, saunf, salt, coriander powder, red chilly powder and soaked urad dal. Mix them well.
  • 4. Cook it by covering it with lid on low flame. Add amchur powder once the daal cooked.
  • 5. Take a kadai add oil for frying.Keep it on flame so that the oil becomes hot.
  • 6. Take a small ball of dough . Roll it make a small round.
  • 7. Put 1 spoon of daal in between and again make a ball.
  • 8. Roll it and make a round circle. Now deep fry it.
  • 9. Cook it by turning it until it becomes golden brown from both the sides.
  • 10. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or aloo sabji.
