Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan.Add fennel seeds,black mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,cumin seeds,nigella seeds and asafoetida to crackle.
  • 2. Add onion n saute until golden in color.
  • 3. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and black salt and mix well. Add curd,all purpose flour,salt and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • 4. Add cottage cheese and mix well. Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
