Take a bowl combine wheat flour,all purpose flour,suji,salt and one tbsp clarified butter. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

With the help of little water make a soft dough. Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds to crackle now green peas and add boiled and chopped potatoes and mix well.

Add turmeric powder ,red chilly powder ,ginger garlic paste ,black pepper powder and salt and saute for 4 - 5 minutes ,now stuffing is ready. Divide the dough into balls ,take one ball and fill the potatoes and peas stuffing and seal the edges.

Heat the appe patra and grease it add the potato and peas ball and cover it and cook for 4 - 5 minutes. Flip it and cover the lid and cook 4 - 5 minutes on slow flame. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
