Ingredients For Andhra Special Nunevankaya Curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First, take the brinjals, clean it well, cut into halves. Soaked it in salted water. Keep aside.
  • 2. Then take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add redchillies, white sesame seeds, shahjeera, cinnamon, cloves, peanuts, roast it well. Then switch off the flame. Let's cool it. Take it in a jar, grind it becomes fine powder. Masala powder ready. Keep aside.
  • 3. Then take the tamarind, soak it with water. Keep aside.
  • 4. Then take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, mustard seeds, Hing, brinjals, fry it and saute it well. Close the lid 10 minutes. Then check the brinjals, fry it or not. Then add tamarind juice, boil it well. Then add turmeric, salt, masala powder, mix it well. Stir 5 minutes.
  • 5. Finally add curry leaves, coriander leaves. Serve it with biryani, steamed rice etc. So traditional and tasty. Enjoy.
