Pressure cook oats, toor dal, green moong dal, dilli leaves, for 4to5 whistles.

Then smash it nicely. Then in another kadai add oil fry onions, tomatoes, dry red chilli, black peppercorns, dalchini, lavang , fry till light pink.

Then when cool , grind into smooth paste , then add it to the cooked oats.

In another kadai add oil fry mustard seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves, ginger chilli paste , fry for sometime then add it to the cooked oats an mix well.
5.
Pressure cook carrots & beans then add it to the oats and mix well.
6.
Serve with stir fried lotus stem , by adding few masalas an the quaker oats tangy tomato masala to make the lotus stem tangy in taste.
