Ingredients For Bengali style Egg Curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first heat oil & add 1tspn each turmeric powder & red chilli powder. Fry boiled eggs & potatoes in it for few minutes. Then take out from pan.
  • 2. Add cloves, cinnamon, dry red chilli, bay leaves & cardamom. Fry it for few seconds.
  • 3. Coarsely grind onion & tomato & add it to the oil.
  • 4. Add ginger garlic paste also & fry all the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes in high flame.
  • 5. Add salt, sugar & all spices. Cook it for few minutes & then add 2 glass of hot water.
  • 6. When gravy will start to boil, then add fried eggs & potatoes. Cover it & let it cool for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • 7. After that add garam masala, mix it well & switch off the flame.
  • 8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves & fresh cream.
  • 9. Serve it with hot rice.
