Ingredients For Besan shimla mirch ki sabzi recipe

Methods
  • 1. Prepare capsicum slices.
  • 2. Fry the gram flour lightly brown on medium flame.
  • 3. Heat oil. Add cumin, fennel, asafoetida, turmeric powder, chilli powder, sesame and coriander powder. Add capsicum to the fry masala.
  • 4. Fry capsicum till soft. Mix gram flour. Add garam masala, dry mango powder, sugar powder and salt and mix.
  • 5. Spicy gram flour capsicum vegetable is ready.
  • 6. Garnish with gram flour, capsicum and coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti/paratha/puri
