1.
Dry and roast Broken wheat till 5 minutes till it starts aromatic and brown in color.

In pressure cooker add oil ,mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and let it splutter add peanuts and cashew and saute for a minute.

Next add chopped onion and chopped green chilli and saute till onion gets soft.

Now add vegetables and saute for a minute, and add roasted broken wheat, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well and then add water and pressure cook for 2 whistle.
5.
Serve hot drizzle some lemon juice and garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves.
