Ingredients For CHICKEN BIRYANI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak rice for half an hour.
  • 2. Strain and spread in the plate.
  • 3. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,curd,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and salt.
  • 4. Keep aside for an hour.
  • 5. Add chicken pieces and ginger garlic paste.
  • 6. Cover the lid and cook in a slow flame for ten mins.
  • 7. In another pan heat clarified butter.
  • 8. Add cumin seeds to crackle.
  • 9. Add basmati rice and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  • 10. Now add chicken pieces and water and cook for ten mins.
  • 11. Serve hot with raita.
