Methods
  • 1. Mix maida nd wheat flour Add sugar, baking soda, and salt in it.
  • 2. Now add fresh yogurt, ghee and stir them using your hands.
  • 3. add warm milk in the flour mixtureNow, using your hands gently make a dough.
  • 4. Knead the dough with your hands for at least 10 minutes till the dough is smooth and soft
  • 5. Make sure it is not sticking on your hands anymore.
  • 6. After kneading the dough for 9-10 min, cover the dough with clean moist cloth for 45 mins.
  • 7. After 45 min. take out the dough and knead it slightly to remove any air present in the dough.
  • 8. Now Place it on a flat wooden desk And flat with rolling pin or ur hands.
  • 9. Now, apply ghee on the flatened dough and then fold it. Repeat the process,
  • 10. We need to spread the ghee in layers in the dough. Repeat the process for one more time.
  • 11. Folding the dough will give you flaky layers.
  • 12. After that knead the dough and put it on a plate or dash and cut the pieces of dough with a knife.
  • 13. Now set aside all the dough pieces and cover with moist cloth
  • 14. Now for filling Take a bowl and add grated paneer in it.
  • 15. add chopped onion, coriander leaves, and grated ginger, chopped green chilies, some crushed coriander,
  • 16. Now add chaat masala, salt to taste, red chili powder cumin powder, ajwain in the bowl mix well.
  • 17. take one piece of the dough in your hand, pinch sides of the dough and make a basket of it.
  • 18. After making a basket, roll the dough to make a circle. Repeat the same process with all the dough pieces.
  • 19. Now take one circle or dough on the wooden desk and add the paneer filling in it.
  • 20. Now flatten it with your hands, use some flour flatten the dough with your hands.
  • 21. After flattened spread some coriander leaves on one side of the naan.
  • 22. Sprinkle some water on the other side of the naan so that it sticks on the tawa
  • 23. When it is done carefully place the naan on the iron twwa.
  • 24. After 2/3 minutes, hold the tawa side and put it upside down the flame.
  • 25. The side of the naan needs to be cooked by the flame.
  • 26. Carefully cook all the sides of the naan by holding the tawa upside down
  • 27. Using a spatula, take out the naan when it's cooked.
  • 28. Pour an ample amount of ghee/butter on the naan nd give them soft crush in ur hands and serve.
