Ingredients For Dal makhani

Methods
  • 1. Soak black urad and rajma overnight And then boil it with little salt.
  • 2. For tarka Add 1 tablespoon oil, add onion and fry until golden brown.
  • 3. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, little water, cover and cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • 4. Add ginger garlic paste and cook until oil separates.
  • 5. Now add boil dal and again cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • 6. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 7. Now in other pan heat butter and add red chill powder and pour it over cooked dal.
  • 8. Add ginger, green chills, coriander leaves.
  • 9. Now add fresh cream and ready to be served.
