Ingredients For DAL RAJMA TADKA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Soak green moong dal and rajma for 2 hours with water
  • 2. Then take out all the dal and rajma from the water and again mix with water and boil in a prestige cooker
  • 3. When the prestige cooker becomes cool , take all the boiled rajma and moong dal in a bowl.
  • 4. Heat the pan and pour oil in it and add chopped onion and saute it.
  • 5. Then add ginger and garlic paste and stir nicely and cut the chillis and add these in the pan.
  • 6. Then add turmeric powder, salt ,Red chilli powder and sugar and then add boiled dal and rajma.
  • 7. Mix nicely and add water and boil it and when it becomes dense remove it from the pan.
  • 8. Spread the chopped dhania leaves on the rajma dal and it is ready to serve.
