In Ramadan for iftar I made simple but very tasty "Egg dum biryani" which is so easy to make n every one love to eat.with very simple ingredients u can make this egg Biryani in pressure cooker.so let's make it.

If ypu want you can take out eggs from mixture when we are going to add rice and you can put eggs upper side of rice. Make hill on eggs compulsory because while frying oil can jump and harm you.

Ingredients For Egg Biryani In Pressure Cooker Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take washed rice in bowl and soak in water for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2. Now take a pilled boiled eggs.make some holes on eggs by toothpick all over eggs.
  • 3. Now keep kadai on medium flame, add 2 spoon oil, and fry all eggs till get golden from all sides.
  • 4. Take out eggs from kadai and now keep pressure cooker on flame.
  • 5. Add 4-5 spoon oil in it, add shah jeera and cumin seeds.
  • 6. Let them crackle now add chopped onion and tejpatta fry it till get golden.
  • 7. Now add ginger garlic paste and green chillies mix it well.
  • 8. Now add tomato puree, cook it till oil get separated from mixture.
  • 9. Get off from flame let it cool down the mixture.
  • 10. After the mixture cools down, add garam masala,kitchen king masala,coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt.
  • 11. Add curd and fried eggs and mix it all the sides.
  • 12. Now keep 1 1/2 liter water in pot add 1 spoon salt let's get it boiled.
  • 13. Boil it till bubbles come out, now drain the water from rice and add rice in boiling water.
  • 14. Cook rice 75% and drain water from it.
  • 15. Now keep pressure cooker of mixture on medium flame, spread boiled rice on it. Spread some mint leaves.
  • 16. Spread ghee and add food colour. Take 1 whistle on medium flame and keep 2 minutes on slow flame.
  • 17. Now mix rice carefully with mixture so eggs will not get broken.
  • 18. Take out in serving tray garnish with coriander leaves and onion.
  • 19. Serve with salad.
