Ingredients For Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a big bowl, mix all well.
  • 2. Add milk, sugar, butter, curd, cocoa powder and vanilla.
  • 3. Mix with wired whisker till frothy.
  • 4. Grease and dust baking mould, put batter in cake mould and bake on 200℃ for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Let it cool on wired rack and then remove cake from mould carefully.
  • 6. For frosting, mix 1/4 cup milk, 4 tbsp cocoa powder, 4 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp vanilla in a pan.
  • 7. Heat this mixture till thicken and Let it cool and keep in fridge.
  • 8. After removing cake from mould pour this chocolate sauce on cake and spread evenly from spatula.
  • 9. Decorate with colourful sugar sprinklers.
