I made this quick and easy recipe for lunch.I like its flavour by adding ginger-garlic paste.It goes well with Masala Dal Fry or you can eat it as it is.

Ingredients For Ginger-Garlic Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add all whole spices and let them crackle.
  • 3. Add chopped onion-potato and salt, mix nicely and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame with ocassionally stir.
  • 4. Now add all spices and washed rice,mix nicely and give it stir for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Finally add 3 bowls water,mix well and let them cooked properly on low flame, if you cook rice in open vessel or let them take 3 whistle on high flame if you cook rice in cooker.
  • 6. Add chopped coriander leaves in it and its ready to serve.
  • 7. You can serve it with fried dal or with any type of curry.
