1.
Wash gobhi and grate it by using big hole grater.Add cumin seeds,ajwain,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,coriender leaves and mint leaves and mix it well and keep aside

Take a bowl add flour 1/2 spoon salt and add water and make dough. not so soft not hard ,keep on rest for 10 minutes

Now make balls of dough , take gobhi mixture and add salt as per your taste and mix it

Now spread some flour on board spread ball by hand make katori .Add 1-2 spoon gobhi mixture and roll it very softly so it won't get crack
5.
Keep tawa on medium flame add paratha and bake it from both side by applying ghee
6.
Make all parathas same as above, serve hot with curd or achar or tea
