Ingredients For Hariyali Pulav Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash thoroughly and soak rice in water for 20 minutes in a large vessel bring water to boil.
  • 2. Add salt while rice is boiling. cook the rice grain upto 70%. blanched the green peas and keep aside.
  • 3. Once done, transfer it to collender and let the extra water rinse off
  • 4. In a mixer jar add coriander leaves, mint leaves, blanched spinach, garlic, ginger, green chillies, salt, lemon juice and grind to a paste. your green paste is ready.
  • 5. In a pan heat ghee, add cumin seeds and cinnamon.
  • 6. Now add green paste, blanched peas and saute for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • 7. Now add cooked rice, garam masala and mix gently. cook for a while till masala combines well.
  • 8. Lastly add grilled paneer and serve pulav.
