HEALTHY HARA BHARA KABAB

It is very healthy and super food for my family. Rich in iron , protein and other nutrients. These kababs are spiced patties made with a mix of paneer , spinach, green peas and potatoes . Hara bhara kabab boosts of green health. It tastes great with any chutney or sauce.

Recipe Notes

If mixture becomes wet add some more bread crumbs. Don’t use water at the time of blending.

Ingredients For HEALTHY HARA BHARA KABAB

Methods
  • 1. Wash the spinach very very well. Blanch it. Drain out all the water.
  • 2. Take a wok heat 1 tbsp oil. Add green chilli , capsicum and ginger. Saute it for 3-4 minutes. Add peas ,saute it till it becomes soft and little dry.
  • 3. Let it cool. Add blanched spinach in it. Blend it to make coarse mixture. Don’t use water.
  • 4. Transfer the mixture into a large mixing bowl. also add grated potato, paneer and coriander leaves.
  • 5. Mix it. Add all the spices, salt, corn flour and 2-3 tbsp bread crumbs. Mix it well.
  • 6. Heat oil in wok.
  • 7. Grease hands with oil. Divide the mixture into equal parts. Make patties.
  • 8. Coat it with breadcrumbs. Put and press 1 cashew pieces on each Patti . Keep it in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  • 9. Deep fry all the kababs into hot oil on medium heat.
  • 10. Remove it in kitchen napkin.
  • 11. Serve hot with healthy green chutney of curd , mint and coriander .
