Step 1 / 4To prepare this delicious recipe begin with chopping onions and coriander leaves. Keep all the Chopped vegetables aside for further usage.

Step 2 / 4Now take water in a bowl and mix all the ingredients including the chopped vegetables, jowar flour, turmeric, yogurt and salt. Mix all these ingredients properly to attain a batter like consistency.

Step 3 / 4Take a pan, keep it on medium flame and grease the pan with the oil. Once done, pour prepared batter on the pan and spread it in a circular shape.

Step 4 / 4Cook the mini pancakes from both the sides until both sides turn brown in color. Remove from flame and serve.
