Hello foodies. Today I am going to share very healthy recipe made from moong and wheat flour. This is Rajasthani traditional recipe. You may have this in breakfast or in tiffin also. You can enjoy this with rayta, Chutney, sabji or as it is.

Ingredients For Korma paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take moong daal in mixture Jaar and coarsely ground it.
  • 2. Add water and soak for 2 hours.
  • 3. Now remove access water from moong daal and take in mixing bowl.
  • 4. Now add wheat flour, oil, salt, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, and turmeric powder.
  • 5. Add chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves. Add ginger garlic paste.
  • 6. Mix all ingredients and knead semi soft dough. Cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Take medium size portion from dough. Flatten out and cut with bowl or cookies cutter for equal shape.
  • 8. Heat tawa and apply oil. Now roast or pan fry paratha with oil on both sides.
  • 9. Our korma paratha is ready to serve.
