Ingredients For Kosambari Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak channa daal for 2 hours in hot water, drain all water out of it later on
  • 2. Soak yellow lentils for 1 hour in hot water ,drain all water out of it
  • 3. Now in a bowl mix all the above ingredients.
  • 4. Don't add salt
  • 5. Do the tempering
  • 6. Mix all well
  • 7. While serving add salt mix it
  • 8. Serve it on a banana leaf
