Ingredients For Mango Dhokla Recipe

  • 1. In a bowl, add mango pulp and curd mix well, then add besan,suji, salt as per taste, add little bit water, mix well then add baking soda. In a hot steamer, steam Dhokala for 32minutes.
  • 2. For tadka, in a small pan, add oil then add mustard seeds and green chilli, coriander leaves and curry leaves and add sugar dissolved water and hing pinch of. And put on our Dhokala, let Dhokala soaked in water,
  • 3. And serve with sauce or chutney
