Methods
  • 1. In a wok heat oil. Add green chilli, onions and ginger garlic paste.
  • 2. Roast it till onion becomes brown . Add tomato puree . Saute it , till oil starts releasing.
  • 3. Add all the spices. Stir continuesly.
  • 4. Add boiled chickpeas. Mix it well. Add water to adjust the consistency.
  • 5. Cook it on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the flame. Add chopped coriander leaves.
