I made this recipe with chopped potato-Cauliflower florets and some regular spices.I have also use Pav bhaji Masala powder to add the little bit tangyness in taste.You can eat this recipe with puris,chapatis and parathas.

Ingredients For Masala Fry Aalu Gobhi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil on a pan.
  • 2. Add cumin seeds, bayleaf, green chilly and let them crackle.
  • 3. Add chopped onion and cauliflower florets and saute it for 1 minutes on medium flame.
  • 4. Now add chopped potatoes and chopped tomatoes and salt, mix nicely and cook it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame with occasionally stir.
  • 5. Add all spices, ginger-garlic paste and little bit water, mix well and cook it for more 3-4 minutes.
  • 6. Finally add water as required and mix nicely and cook until vegetables are cooked properly.
  • 7. Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  • 8. Masala Fry Aalu Gobhi is ready to serve.
