Ingredients For Masala Onion Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pot,add all ingredients, mix well and by gradually adding water knead a semi-soft dough.
  • 2. Divide dough in equal portions of balls.
  • 3. Roll semi-thick parathas from all dough balls.
  • 4. Heat pan or tava and place paratha and cook well from both sides by applying ghee evenly.
  • 5. Masala Onion Parathas are ready to serve with fried veggies or any desired chutney or curd.
