Ingredients For Masala pav recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a tava ,take butter 1/2 cup ,saute onion garlic to it finely ,then add tomatoes to it saute it finely add,water to make it semi thick
  • 2. Now add garlic ,green chilli paste,kashmiri red chilli powder,salt,garam masala,black salt to this gravy
  • 3. Lastly add boiled mashed peas ,chopped capsicum mix all well,prepare this entire mixture on a tava,lastly add water and make this gravy semi thick,add chopped coriander to it
  • 4. To this gravy lastly add grated paneer
  • 5. Now cut the bun paav into half
  • 6. Saute it on tava in butter and pinch salt for 2 minutes then apply coat gravy on bread ,fill gravy between the breads ,again saute the bread on tava for 5 minutes
  • 7. Masala pav is ready ,sprinkle lemon juice on it ,eat hot
