Ingredients For Masala Rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add rice and wash it.
  • 2. Take a pan add oil heat it.
  • 3. Add Mustard seeds, cumin seeds,hing.
  • 4. Add chopped garlic
  • 5. Add whole red chilli, chopped green,curry leaves.
  • 6. Add diced potatoes, chopped onion
  • 7. Add carrot, peas mixed it .
  • 8. Saute it 4_5 minutes.
  • 9. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,salt, garam masala mixed it. Properly
  • 10. Add 1 glass water and bring boiled.
  • 11. Add rice mixed it.
  • 12. Cover it and after 10-12 minutes.check it .
  • 13. Cool down in room temperature.
  • 14. Granish with fresh coriander
  • 15. Served it.
