Methods
  • 1. Take millet flour and wheat flour. Add ginger garlic paste, methi leaves coriander leaves.
  • 2. Add all the powdered masalas, lemon juice, sugar, curd, and oil.
  • 3. Bind a semi hard dough. Make small balls out of it. Roll them into a thick chapatti
  • 4. Roast the theplas from both sides by adding oil.By adding oil, roast them crisp.This way, roast all the theplas. serve them hot with pickle or dip you like the most.
