Ingredients For Mushroom and Spinach Frittata Flowers Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a wok, heat butter till it melts. Add onion and saute till translucent.
  • 2. Add garlic and saute till raw smell goes. Next add spinach and let it wilt on high flame.
  • 3. Add mushroom and other chopped vegetables, salt , half quantity of herbs and stir fry on high flame till moisture evaporates.
  • 4. Remove from flame and let it come to room tempreture.
  • 5. Meanwhile lightly whisk eggs, milk, cheese till combined. Add some salt and other herbs and spices.
  • 6. Add the veggie mixture to this and mix well.
  • 7. Pour this into a greased baking pan or moulds. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes and all purpose seasoning on the top.
  • 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until top becomes light brown. The mass should be a little jiggly from centre at this time.
  • 9. If need be, Broil at maximum temp with top rod only for about one or two minutes to get that golden brown top.
  • 10. Take out and let set for about 5-10 minutes . Demould or cut as required and enjoy this sumptuous treat.
