Ingredients For Mushroom soup Indian style Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First take a deep bottom pan, heat oil and cracle cumin seeds.
  • 2. Saute onion, ginger and garlic. Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli powder. Stir well.
  • 3. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook. Then add chopped mushrooms. Stir and add water to simmer for few minutes.
  • 4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5. Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream. Serve hot and enjoy!!
