This recipe in itself is very unique and it may sound tough but is actually very simple to make, you just need patience and willingness to prepare it. In this recipe, hard-boiled eggs are encased in a meatball type of mixture of chicken and seasonings, dusted in flour, and deep-fried until crispy. Then these koftas are served in a delicious gravy of tomato, onion, spices, cashew paste and yoghurt for its richness & creaminess.
Tip 1: While deep frying the sliced onions, once it is light brown then take it out from the oil and spread it over a paper towel. By doing this you will save the onions from over browning. Tip 2: While deep frying the koftas, fry it over the slow to medium once and then in another step deep fry it in high flame.
