Ingredients For Noodles fried rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil instant noodles with required water, adding masala. When done remove from flame and Let it keep aside.
  • 2. Heat oil in non stick pan,add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, carrots and cabbage.
  • 3. Add chopped tomatoes and chopped capsicum, saute for few seconds.
  • 4. Add boiled rice, chilli souce, soya sauce, black pepper,beaten egg and little salt.
  • 5. Now add cooked noodles with 1/4cup water and mix well, cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 6. Switch off the flame and serve hot.
