Soak all the dals overnight with few methi seeds.

Next day, grind it along with ginger and green chilies into a smooth paste.

Then remove it in the bowl, add chopped coriander leaves, jeera, salt an mix well . Keep mixing till the batter becomes soft.

Then make shape of balls and deep fry it , the color of the bhallas should be light brown in color.
5.
Then soak it in hot water, and squeeze out the water completely.
6.
Then in another bowl add curds, beat it with salt an little sugar an mix well . Then add the bhallas an garnish with chopped coriander leaves, sprinkle red chili powder, chaat masala powder, jeera powder, tamarind chutney, green spicy chutney.
