Don't make the batter too watery, an add a bit sugar to the curds so tat it doesn't taste sour

Ingredients For Paanch ratna dahi wada recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak all the dals overnight with few methi seeds.
  • 2. Next day, grind it along with ginger and green chilies into a smooth paste.
  • 3. Then remove it in the bowl, add chopped coriander leaves, jeera, salt an mix well . Keep mixing till the batter becomes soft.
  • 4. Then make shape of balls and deep fry it , the color of the bhallas should be light brown in color.
  • 5. Then soak it in hot water, and squeeze out the water completely.
  • 6. Then in another bowl add curds, beat it with salt an little sugar an mix well . Then add the bhallas an garnish with chopped coriander leaves, sprinkle red chili powder, chaat masala powder, jeera powder, tamarind chutney, green spicy chutney.
  • 7. Serve chilled , garnish with sev
