Ingredients For Palak Puri with Palak Aloo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all take a mixing bowl. Take wheat flour in it.
  • 2. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil, salt, ajwain and 1/2 bowl chopped spinach leaves. Mix it well.
  • 3. A semi tight dough is ready. Keep aside
  • 4. Now take a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • 5. Add jeera, hing, then put boiled potatoes and sauté for a while. Put 2 tablespoons of chopped spinach and cook for a while.
  • 6. Then add turmeric, 1 tablespoons of chilli powder, dhanyia jeera powder. Mix it well
  • 7. Put salt and tomato puree. Cook for some time. Add chaat masala
  • 8. Palak aloo ki sabji is ready. Now make puris from the dough and fry on a medium flame.
  • 9. Palak ki puri with palak aloo ki sabji is ready to serve. Serve with boondi raita.
