Ingredients For Paneer Kolhapuri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat some oil and add the chopped onions and fry them until they turn golden brown add garlic to it and now preserve it into a bowl..
  • 2. Add desicated coconut and oil and toss it until it turns Brown and add it to the same bowl.
  • 3. Toast the levanji Red Chillies and then add them to the bowl.
  • 4. Follow up the same procedure with coriander seeds.
  • 5. Follow the same steps but fennel seeds cumin seeds black pepper cods and fenugreek seeds sesame seeds poppy seeds and cinnamon sticks.
  • 6. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Grind together all the ingredients and add salt turmeric and tamarind and add water and run it into a smooth paste.
  • 8. Add some oil in a pan and let it heat and then add the Kolhapuri masala while cooking add the tomatoes and some water.
  • 9. In other Pan add some oil and fry the Paneer.
  • 10. Let the Kolhapuri cook on moderate flame.
  • 11. Add the Paneer into the curry.
  • 12. Saute some onions peas and tomatoes and add it into paneer Kolhapuri gravy.
  • 13. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • 14. Paneer Kolhapuri ready to be serve.
