Ingredients For Paneer Rezala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the paneer cubes and fry for 2 minutes, then keep aside.
  • 2. In the same oil , add ghee and add whole spices and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Lower the heat and add ginger paste and coriander powder. Mix well.
  • 4. Now add yogurt with little water and a pinch of sugar. Keep mixing it on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Then add salt, poppy seed paste and cashew nut paste.  Cook for 10 minutes. Now add the fried paneer cubes and water  Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 6. Lastly add  garam masala, kasoori methi and fresh cream. Mix everything once and turn off the heat. Paneer rezala is ready to serve
