Pavbhaji Martini Recipe

Today a normal pav-bhaji street food vendor has myriad options to offer from cheese to paneer and even diff flavoured bhaji recipes have surged to the streets.I gave it a little twist by serving it in Martini glasses. A delicious Mumbai style buttery pav bhaji with a unique presentation.A easy but delicious recipe served in a different way. Perfect for party recipes.

Ingredients For Pavbhaji Martini Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil and butter in a pan .Add ginger and garlic saute for 1 minute.
  • 2. Add onion fry till onion turns translucent and the raw smell is gone.
  • 3. Add green chillies,capsicum and tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • 4. Now Add red chilli powder,salt and Pav bhaji masala and cook for a minute.
  • 5. Add the boiled potatoes, Cauliflower,Carrot,cabbage in the pan and mix well
  • 6. Add 1 cup water, lemon juice and mix well.
  • 7. Melt the butter in a Microwave oven for ten seconds.
  • 8. Add 2 tsp each of melted butter in individual martini glasses
  • 9. Place the bread Piece in them suspended over the butter
  • 10. Add 2-3 tbsp of Prepared bhaji and boiled peas
  • 11. Serve hot .Garnish with chopped onions and slightly toasted bread and lemon rings
