Ingredients For Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash poha and keep it aside.
  • 2. Cut potatoes and capsicum into small pieces and onion slices.
  • 3. Take a pan.put some oil.
  • 4. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves once oil gets heated.
  • 5. Add potatoes and cook them by adding little salt until they become soft.
  • 6. Add onion and cook them till they become golden brown. Add capsicum.
  • 7. Add raw peanuts and cook them.
  • 8. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix them well.
  • 9. Add poha , sprinkle salt and red chilly powder and mix them well.
  • 10. Add lemon juice. And garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • 11. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
